Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we are happy to offer an exchange within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused and unworn
  • Undamaged — no broken, bent, or missing pieces
  • In original packaging with the original box intact
  • Exchange request submitted within 14 days of delivery date
  • Proof of damage or defect (photo) is required

To request an exchange, email us at 10piecespressed@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. Once approved, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. We will ship the replacement at no additional charge.

Custom and made-to-order press-on sets are final sale and not eligible for exchange.
