1. General By purchasing from 10piecexpress, you agree to these terms. 10piecexpress is owned and operated by Emspire Beauty Bar LLC, Austin, TX.

2. Products All press-on nail sets are handcrafted and may vary slightly from photos. Colors may appear different due to screen settings. Custom and made-to-order sets are one-of-a-kind and final sale.

3. Orders Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a tracking number once shipped. 10piecexpress reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Exchanges We do not accept returns. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with box intact. Proof of defect is required. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Custom orders are not eligible for exchange.

5. Shipping We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or lost/stolen packages marked as delivered. Please double check your shipping address before placing your order.

6. Intellectual Property All photos, branding, product designs, and content belong to 10piecexpress / Emspire Beauty Bar LLC and may not be used without written permission.
