Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–5 business days of purchase. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.
Lost or Stolen Packages 10piecexpress is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office or carrier directly. For further assistance, email us.
Incorrect Address Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. 10piecexpress is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at 10piecespressed@gmail.com or (512) 677-7791 before your order ships.
Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please email us at 10piecespressed@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right.
